Fisher Island Tenant Membership Changes

We have been notified the new tenant membership policy will be instituted on/around November 1, 2006.

Tenants less than 60 days:

$60/day Guest Fee

Tenants longer than 60 days:

$2,500 initiation fee +

$60/day Guest Fee

The $60/ day was derived from the same rate as an annual member.

In addition, they club will once again be selling annual memberships at the new rates.

This is good news that we finally have a policy in place. The past 10 months have been difficult for rentals since the annual membership sales had been suspended and tenants were limited to 60 calendar days/year. The only remaining longer term possibility was for a current equity or annual member.
